This magnetic flap level meter takes advantages of the magnetic displacement generated by the inner magnetic floater when the liquid level changes, making the red and white magnetic reversible columns overturn to indicate the height of liquid level. When the floater declines, the red turns white and the red still indicates the height of liquid level.
It can be applied to liquid level measurement for various pressure-bearing (open) reservoirs (tower-shaped, tank-shaped, slot and spherical container and boiler) in industrial processes. It can show the working condition and liquid level height of various liquids. When equipped with liquid level transmitter, it can remotely transmit the position signal of liquid level, and achieve the automatic control and liquid level measurement through some electric installation.
The primary duct of the Plug-in Magnetic Floating-ball Liquid Level Transmitter has a group of reed pipes and precision resistance. When the floating ball outside the pipe with annular magnetic steel changes up and down with buoyancy, accordingly the reed pipes on the liquid level in the primary duct closes (connects), making the resistance value in the return circuit changes. The signal will be converted to current output through special module.
This magnetic flap level meter can be used in the industries of chemical engineering, electricity, papermaking, shipbuilding, environmental protection and food, liquid level measurement of medium in the pressure-bearing (open) container, and liquid level measurement of underground groove, pool and high-level water tank, which is a simpler, more reliable and most ideal measuring method.
